How should I correct upload errors?
Faulty records should be corrected and resubmitted as quickly as possible. You will be charged $.31 at the end of each month for each record remaining in Upload Errors for more than 30 days. Failure to make timely corrections may result in loss of accreditation.
The AMS will not upload an individual record if that record is not formatted correctly and/or does not contain complete information. Those records are placed in a table called Upload Errors accessed through Providers Only. Upload Errors offers several options for correcting and resubmitting imperfect records.
